Picassian Bullfight

Fortes, Juan Ortega, Pablo Aguado and Saúl Jiménez to Star in Málaga’s 2026 Picassian Bullfight

One of the most anticipated events of the 2026 Málaga Bullfighting Fair will take place on Holy Saturday, 4th April, with the celebration of the traditional Picassian Bullfight. Organised by Lances de Futuro in collaboration with the Provincial Council of Málaga, this unique spectacle will feature Fortes, Juan Ortega, Pablo Aguado and Saúl Jiménez, who will face bulls from the prestigious El Pilar and Puerto de San Lorenzo ranchs. More than just a bullfight, this event is a tribute to the fusion of bullfighting and art, inspired by the legacy of Málaga-born genius Pablo Picasso.
