Bullfight Tickets Málaga 2024

The Picassiana Bullfight, scheduled for Holy Saturday in Malaga, was cancelled due to rain. The decision was made on the morning of the event by the competent authority, the crews and the company Lances del Futuro, following persistent overnight rainfall and forecasts of more rain during the day. In addition, the deterioration of the La Malagueta bullring was noted.

Cayetano Rivera Ordóñez, Emilio de Justo and Pablo Aguado were scheduled to take part in the paseíllo at this event.

Businessman José María Garzón expressed his regret at the cancellation: “This is the first time in the history of our company that we have cancelled a bullfight, an event that generates great excitement and represents an enormous amount of work and effort on the part of Lances de Futuro, the bullfighters, the artist Pedro Sandoval, the Provincial Council of Málaga and the City Council. This year, three arts were expected to converge once again at La Malagueta: bullfighting, painting and music, the latter represented by the great Malaga Symphony Orchestra.”
